- Disclose who else is in the Community.
- Share any personal or proprietary information you learn here.
- Attribute statements to specific individuals or companies, inside or outside of the Community.
- Share screenshots, transcripts, or direct quotes without express permission.

In doing so, Beeler.Tech will not:

- Reporting suspected inappropriate behavior directed at yourself or others to someone in a position of authority (e.g., event organizer, moderator).
- Speaking up if someone around you does or says something inappropriate.
- Interrupting or redirecting a situation by creating a distraction to de-escalate.
- Documenting incidents you witness, including date, time, people involved, and the behaviors observed.
- Checking in with the person who experienced the inappropriate behavior.
- When safe and appropriate, directly confronting the person acting inappropriately.
7. Consequences & Enforcement
We take these standards seriously. Violations of these Guidelines & Code of Conduct may result in:
- A warning and reminder of these rules.
- Temporary suspension from the Community or specific spaces.
- Permanent removal from the Community and/or a ban from future Beeler.Tech events.
- Refusal of entry to or removal of any person from any event at any time.
