This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how Beeler Tech LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use:
- the website located at https://www.beeler.tech/ and its public-facing pages (the “Site”);
- our associated online community spaces (including our vetted community, Slack workspaces, roundtables, and related community programming) (the “Community”); and
- our paid subscription products (including The Stack) and any related subscription content and features (collectively, the ”Subscriptions”).
We refer to the Site, the Community, and the Subscriptions together as the “Services.” Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings given to them in our Terms of Use.
By registering for, accessing, or using any part of the Services, you accept and agree to this Privacy Policy, whether or not you are a registered user or have an Account. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy or any other agreement that governs your use of the Services, you should not use the Services.
WHAT WE COLLECT
We obtain information about you in a range of ways.
Information You Give Us
We collect information you voluntarily provide when you use the Services, including when you:
- sign up for newsletters or other mailings;
- apply for or participate in the Community;
- register for events;
- create an Account or subscribe to any Subscription; or
- contact us or otherwise communicate with us.
This may include:
- full name;
- email address;
- company / business affiliation;
- job title and role information;
- information you provide in forms, surveys, applications, and event registrations;
- log-in credentials if you create a registered Account (such as a username and password);
- billing and payment-related information (processed via third-party payment processors as described below);
- information about your customer service interactions and other communications with us; and
- User Content (for example, text, messages, posts, profile details, or other contributions you provide through the Community, events, or the Subscriptions, which may include your voice, image, or video if you choose to share them).
Information You Should Not Include in User Content
Consistent with our Terms of Use, you agree that you will not include certain information in your User Content. In particular, you should not submit:
- Personally identifiable information (“PII”) about other individuals, such as another person’s home address, personal email address, phone number, government ID number, or financial account information;
- PII about yourself that you are not comfortable making available to other users of the Services (for example, posting your personal phone number in a public Community channel); or
- Material nonpublic information (“MNPI”) about any company, security, or transaction, including information whose disclosure or misuse could violate applicable securities or insider trading laws.
If you choose to share User Content in the Community or in other collaborative features of the Services, that content may be visible to other users consistent with the settings of the relevant space.
Information We Get From Others
We may receive information about you from other sources, such as:
- third-party service providers and vendors;
- event or marketing partners;
- social media platforms and single sign-on providers (if you connect your Account); and
- other users, for example if they refer you, mention you, or invite you to the Community or an event.
We may combine this information with information we collect through the Services.
Automatically Collected Information
When you use the Services, we may automatically log information about your device and your activity, such as:
- device and browser type;
- operating system;
- IP address;
- browser language;
- pages you viewed or features you used;
- the time and date of your visit;
- the time spent on pages; and
- information about how you interact with the Services.
We use this information to operate, maintain, and improve the Services and to understand usage patterns.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons or pixels) to collect certain information automatically.
- Cookies are small data files stored on your device. We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your device until you delete them) to provide a more personal and interactive experience on the Services and to understand usage.

To respond to your comments, questions, and requests; to provide customer service; and to send you information including confirmations, receipts, invoices, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages. - Marketing and newsletters.
To communicate with you about promotions, upcoming events, and other news about products and services offered by us and selected partners, in accordance with applicable law. You can opt out of marketing communications as described below. - Analytics and usage tracking.
To analyze trends and traffic; track usage of our Site, Community, and the Subscriptions; understand user behavior; and measure the effectiveness of our content and campaigns. - Advertising.
To advertise our products and services and the Services on third-party websites and applications, which may involve using cookie and tracking technologies. - Community and content moderation.
To operate and moderate the Community and other collaborative features of the Services, including reviewing, monitoring, or removing User Content that may violate our Terms of Use (for example, content containing PII about others or MNPI). - Security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
To protect, investigate, and deter against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity; to protect the rights and property of the Company, our users, and others; and to comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We may also use your information for any other purposes that we disclose to you at the time we collect your information or pursuant to your consent.
SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information. We may share personal information as follows:
- With service providers.
With third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who work for us and need access to your information to do that work (for example, hosting, analytics, email delivery, customer support, event platforms, and payment processing). These parties are required to use your personal information only as necessary to provide services to us. - With business and content partners.
With partners in connection with co-branded content, webinars, events, or other joint offerings, when you register for or interact with those offerings. - For advertising and marketing.
With entities that create, deliver, and assess our advertising or marketing campaigns. - For legal, protection, and safety purposes.
We may share information:- to comply with laws or lawful requests and legal processes;
- to protect the rights and property of the Company, our agents, customers, and others (including enforcing our agreements, policies, and Terms of Use); and
- in an emergency, to protect the safety of our employees and agents, our customers, or any person.
- Business transfers.
In connection with or during negotiations of any merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other similar transaction in which personal information may be transferred as part of the business assets. - With your consent or at your direction.
We may share your information with third parties when you direct us to do so or when you otherwise consent to such sharing.
We may also share aggregated and/or anonymized information that does not reasonably identify you, for our own uses or for others’ uses.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
If you purchase a Subscription or other paid Services, payments are processed by third-party payment processors (for example, Stripe).
- We do not store or collect your full payment card details. That information is provided directly to our payment processors, whose use of your personal information is governed by their own privacy policies.
- We may receive limited information from our payment processors (such as the last four digits of your card, expiration date, and a tokenized identifier) for recordkeeping, fraud prevention, and subscription management purposes.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND PLATFORMS
The Services may contain access or links to other sites and services that we do not operate (including, without limitation, Slack workspaces, event platforms, survey tools, and social networks). If you click a third-party link or use a third-party integration, you will be directed to or interacting with that third party’s service.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every site or service you use.
INFORMATION CHOICES AND CHANGES
Marketing Communications
Our marketing emails and newsletters include instructions on how to “opt out” of receiving further marketing messages. If you opt out, we may still send you non-marketing communications, such as those about your Account, subscriptions, or our ongoing business dealings with you.
Access, Updates, and Other Requests
You may send requests regarding your personal information to our contact information below. For example, you may request that we:
- update or correct your contact details;
- change your communication preferences; or
- opt you out of certain types of sharing (where required by law).
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
Cookies
You can remove or reject cookies via your browser settings. Many browsers are set to accept cookies until you change your settings. If you remove or reject our cookies, the functionality of some features of the Services may be limited or not work as intended.
DO NOT TRACK
Some browsers incorporate a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) feature that signals to websites that you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. At this time, we do not respond to DNT signals or similar mechanisms.
RETENTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:
- providing the Services;
- maintaining business records;
- complying with our legal obligations; and
- resolving disputes and enforcing our agreements.
The specific retention period may vary depending on the type of information and applicable legal requirements.
CHILDREN
The Services are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
If you are aware that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us at support@beeler.tech. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s access to the Services.
SECURITY
We use various safeguards to help protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or via mobile device, and no method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.
While we use commercially reasonable measures to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you by:
- updating the “Last Revised” date at the top of this page;
- posting a notice on the Site; and/or
- sending an email to the last email address you provided to us (if any).
Unless otherwise stated, changes are effective:
- for new users, when we post the updated Privacy Policy; and
- for existing users, on the date specified in the notice (which will generally be at least two (2) calendar days after posting or email notice).
If the last email address you provided is not valid or for any reason cannot receive the notice described above, our dispatch of the email containing such notice will still constitute effective notice of the changes.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any updated Privacy Policy will constitute your acknowledgment of the changes and your agreement to the updated Privacy Policy.
