Beeler.Tech Mentorship Program
We are excited to bring back the mentorship program. The structure of the program is quite fluid. We'll work with you to find a potential match, and once the connection is made, we leave it to the mentor and mentee to figure out a structure, cadence of discussion, and even how long the mentorship will last.
The application window for this mentorship period has closed. We'll be matching mentors and mentees until August 31.
“Just knowing that there's a resource out there...
That has already walked this path that I can bounce ideas off of is incredibly helpful! The mentor program has given me fresh perspective on how others approach everything from managing and growing a team to strategy and troubleshooting."
- Sarah Wagner
What to expect and when:
August 1 - 31: Match mentors and mentees
September 1 - 2: Make matching connections via email
September 5 - 9: We’ll host a matches made kick-off call
Check in with you early on and then periodically, make sure you connected, see how the match is going, etc. If you find the match isn’t working, we likely won’t be able to make another match until the next cohort, but let us know regardless. Let us see if there is a way we can help.
