AdTech Operations Manager (Buy-side Platform/Managed Service) 

  • This person will manage all of the operations, not just campaigns! This role needs to get hands dirty, there is coordination between the teams - this role owns that.
  • Recent and relevant experience in a digital operations/trafficking role from the buy-side/agency side. Must come from the buy side. Must know buy-side trafficking inside and out, and understand all the pixeling and attribution which publisher trafficking doesn’t traditionally execute. 
  • 5-6 years experience is the sweet spot  
  • Platforms they must have excellence in:
    • Google Campaign Manager
    • Google Tag Manager
    • SQL is huge plus 
  • This role is slated to either be a more senior person who can have a more junior position added to work with them in the near future  OR a junior person looking to excel quickly who will have a more  senior person joining them later. 
  • What is unique/special? They are a managed service business, yet the manual optimization is gone, the platform does it! The platform builds the model/brain, from there it does the initial bid and everything thereafter.  No “programanual” and little  time spent in manual spreadsheets and models to manually optimize. 
  • The person who will win this role is super organized, wants to get hands dirty, wears many hats and continues to grow, add impact, and learn with the business. This role will grow and expand over time.

Client Success Account Manager (Buy-side Platform/Managed Service) 

  • Deliver superior customer service and own your book of business from a day to day client management perspective
    • Grow revenue by identifying and helping secure incremental dollars
    • Service client needs on a daily basis, including updates on campaign performance mid-flight, during, and post analysis/final billing
  • Continuously focus on ensuring revenue retention, increasing renewal rates and advertising spend, and apply campaign optimization strategies that meet and exceed clients’ KPI goals
  • Drive ongoing operational efficiencies through process optimization, automation, and business rules
  • Work closely and communicate effectively with sales, operations and media strategists
  • 3+ years of sales support/client management experience in digital media, programmatic experience preferred; can be from buy-side or sell-side 
  • Superb organizational, analytical, project management, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through with team members and clients
  • Direct hands-on experience with advertising implementation and related concepts (DSPs, DMPs, tracking pixels, 3rd party tags, click trackers, viewability standards, etc.) required.

Senior Account Executive (Buy-side Platform/Managed Service)

  • Prospect, pitch and close new business with brands, performance & DTC marketers

  • 4+ years online Account Executive experience 
  • Performance media sales expertise a strong plus

  • This is a sales role focused on existing business growth - a quota-carrying senior customer success and relationship management position yet it is not new business sales
  • Experience with renewals and upselling required (new products/feature upselling)
  • Able to communicate and interact directly with clients at a senior level
  • Sophisticated communicator with a solution-oriented and client-centric mindset
  • NYC metro area - will eventually return to office 2-3x per week in a hybrid model 
  • Must have buy-side experience, SaaS experience

VP of Account Management (company is a Platform) 

  • Experienced operator building team, developing practices with hands on keyboard expertise. 
  • Client centric account management lead – focused on building and developing key relationships
  • Experience with agencies, ideally global hold co’s and independent agencies, and experience working across multiple different teams and organizations
  • Experience servicing the buy-side is crucial. 
  • Track-record of delivering revenue

Director, Sales Ops - ground floor opportunity with a leading top 10 US retailer building their retail media network! You will essentially be the “chief of staff” to our VP of Sales & Account Management managing sales team operations and running the daily business including revenue forecasting, pipeline management, rate cards, comp plans, and discount management. The best candidates will have shopper or performance marketing experience and strong understanding of the CPG/retailer landscape. 8-10 years of total work experience.  Heavy Sales Ops experience required. Reports to VP.
