Client Success Account Manager (Buy-side Platform/Managed Service) 

  • Deliver superior customer service and own your book of business from a day to day client management perspective
    • Grow revenue by identifying and helping secure incremental dollars
    • Service client needs on a daily basis, including updates on campaign performance mid-flight, during, and post analysis/final billing
  • Continuously focus on ensuring revenue retention, increasing renewal rates and advertising spend, and apply campaign optimization strategies that meet and exceed clients’ KPI goals
  • Drive ongoing operational efficiencies through process optimization, automation, and business rules
  • Work closely and communicate effectively with sales, operations and media strategists
  • 3+ years of sales support/client management experience in digital media, programmatic experience preferred; can be from buy-side or sell-side 
  • Superb organizational, analytical, project management, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through with team members and clients
  • Direct hands-on experience with advertising implementation and related concepts (DSPs, DMPs, tracking pixels, 3rd party tags, click trackers, viewability standards, etc.) required.

Product Marketing Director, Outbound Marketing (Leader in Sell-Side Retail Media Solutions)

The Product Marketing Director is responsible for leading and overseeing all activities related to the planning of and execution of outbound marketing efforts across the Media and Data Business Unit. This would be in relation to their retail media network solution, shopper marketing data and insights platform and individual products from within their wider suite (programmatic media, social commerce, and in-store media solutions).

 

This individual works with other members of the product marketing and strategy team to identify or understand key strategic positioning opportunities for all media products.  The individual has deep knowledge of the market and industry trends and can translate these into market leadership opportunities. This individual would be held to ensuring our internal product strategy is brought to life and translated via our key value propositions, into market activity such as thought leadership content development (i.e. white papers, sponsored articles..etc), speaking engagements, digital media efforts, and lead generation activity. This individual would be responsible for creating an investment strategy that is built on a ROAS model and tracked and adjusted accordingly throughout the year. The Product Marketing Director will work closely with the Corporate Marketing team to create assets inclusive of content strategy, copywriting, and design work.



Product Marketing Manager, Pharma (Leader in Sell-Side Retail Media Solutions)

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all activities related to the planning and execution of the go-to-market strategy to support all Media and Data products (Programmatic, Messaging, Influencer Marketing) in relation to the Pharmaceutical vertical. 

 

This individual works with other members of the product strategy team to ensure that all solutions meet the current requirements and business needs of our pharmaceutical clients and the consumer. The individual has deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and media industry trends and can translate these into feature requests and positioning updates. 

 

The Product Marketing Manager serves as liaison with the Sales team to ensure that the proper language and materials are used when interacting with current and potential customers and to support the “Go To Market” strategies for the product. The individual is also responsible for the strategy creation as well as execution of the marketing plan in collaboration with the Outbound Marketing team, for activities such as the development of marketing collateral, thought leadership, and event support, etc.
