Data Aggregation and Data Visualization Strategies for 2021

Beeler.Tech recently hosted a PubsOnly call to talk about data visualization. It might be a super busy Q4, but enough publishers are actively considering their options when it comes to data visualization partners, that a call felt warranted.

The conversation itself was focused on the pros and cons of various top level data viz solutions in the marketplace based on people's experiences. We're going to actually add some recommendations from publishers from that call to our First Impressions library. The library already has product demos of DoubleVerify and Burt which are available to publishers, but now we are also adding what publishers have to say about specific tech.

What emerged for me through the conversation is that as we all know, each publisher has their own unique requirements. This is especially true when it comes to data visualization because a number of factors about the business will ultimately drive the strategy. A New Era - October 2020

Few people are as inextricably connected to a brand as I am with AdMonsters. Poll ad ops people and the majority of people would probably say I started AdMonsters. They’d be wrong. That being said, for the past 12 years I’ve lived/breathed AdMonsters. I still bleed AdMonsters red. If I had a tattoo, it would be of that bubble.
 
But like a musician who is known for his work with one band, I’ve dabbled with my own side projects for some time.  I’ve always considered myself an operations person first and an events person second. I want to solve problems. I want to get to the next level and help others get there as well.  I feel like that shows up in the event work I do. But solving problems and getting to the next level is more than just events. It’s why I started consulting a couple years ago and getting my hands dirty again. It took a pandemic....

I remember my first AdMonsters event (as an attendee). I felt like I had found my people:

Those people I met at AdMonsters helped me grow my career. I kept offering to help and got help back 10x.

It wasn't long before AdMonsters tapped me to head up content (my Content Czar days) to eventually taking the role of Publisher and now Chairperson. That was 11+ years ago and I'm still going strong. All that success and longevity? I credit community.

So what is Beeler.Tech? Well, I wanted to apply the AdMonsters event model to consulting and training and for the past few years, I've been experimenting with a number of crowdsource consulting concepts (say that 10 times fast). To say I've been busy doesn't convey the hustle I've put into all of my projects.
