As part of Base Camp: Boulder, we uncovered the need for an operational process that publishers can use to streamline their direct-sold deals. The intention of this resource is to document the general workflow for publisher-direct sold deals, with an eye toward best practices to give the industry a commonly accepted process to easily share and discuss the existing standards and how to improve upon them.
